I went for a planned 7km or so walk to see how the ITB would deal with it. Plan was walk to the Harbour Town turnoff , up the street of excessive traffic lights, along the freeway then into Kings Park and up Jacobs Ladder, then home via Saw Avenue and Rokeby Rd.

Miraculously I didn't get lost, but the loop was a lot longer than I thought it would be! ITB held up great :-)
