The usual plus a bit extra on the fire trail to get up to two hours. Weary legs from yesterday!

Not really yoga. Foam roller and spiky ball torture in the vague hope that tomorrow I might feel my age, and not the 80 year old that I feel like today.

Three laps of the 1.2km hill planned but there was a twinge from my knee towards the end of the second lap.

Managed to make the whole way up without rests which bodes well for Grand Canyon.

But the boots won today, blisters on the bottom of my left foot.
