So....Seems that I have a sinus infection. Also sinus infections normally come after you've been sick with a cold. What a nice surprise after being sick for 2 weeks. The antibiotics that I was given are helping and I am feeling better. I felt dizzy and tired during the workout, times were slow. I think the heat inside the school may have also made it worse.

Ran down Klem and met up with Coach Lyons. Ran and talked until 104 and ran on northponds. It was like running on the actually pond, the trail was covered in ice and water. Finished by going down 250 and I kicked it from 250 to my house which is about a mile...my time was around 5:40 which is pretty good.

I am still sick! It seems like this flu/cough is never going to go away. Whatever happens I AM getting better tomorrow.

Did I have a plan? No. I know I wanted to make up for missing intervals yesterday. I ran around Zerox and back down 250 to my house. My pace? Fast. Also, I put my route today into gmaps and got the distance and I recorded the time with my stop watch...It seems too fast though like that wasn't the time I actually ran, but that's what I recorded.

Long easy solo run today, I was coughing and had to stop and slow down for a while during the run. I ran much faster on the way back though, hopefully I will be feeling better for intervals tomorrow I'm done with this week-long cold.
