Island Cottage Woods - 6" of new snow on top of a bit of base...only bad [art was that noone had gone before me so I had to break trail the first time around. Not a bad price to pay. Looks like the fox likes to travel on the trails as well, lots of tracks. HR looked to be right.

Durand - haven't been here in a while...everything is so open this time of year. Realized after going up the first hill that I had taken a beta blocker earlier in the day...to keep my tremors down and facilitate my violin playing...made for a really slow run.
