Island Cottage Woods - one last ski before I get the second shot just in case the reaction is as bad ass I've heard. New snow, just enough to fill in the tracks.

Durand with Lindsay...groomed! Make such a difference in speed...also helps to have hills and to get some rest on the downhills...great workout for my legs.

Too much skiing of late, need to rest my arms.

X country skiing 32:35 intensity: (2:53 @0) + (9:24 @1) + (8:03 @2) + (11:35 @3) + (23 @4) + (17 @5) 3.27 km (9:58 / km)

Long Pond Church trail - wasn't going to go out today but it was too sunny to miss so I did a short ski. The trail was tracked but the icy conditions made it kind of crunchy and I had to do classic...besides that it's a very boring trail.

Mendon - set up a ski-o this morning and skied this afternoon...not bad but I forgot to print out a map so I had to keep checking my phone. It was a good exercise in memory O. Did a lot of double poling, some skating but the trails hadn't been groomed so it was a bit rough. Tracks were pretty slick.
