Great day, hard frost with light dusting of snow. Cold ontop of Sergeant Man. legs still feel like jelly but able to breathe a bit easier. With Malc.

checking out farleton map. Ran course in wood first. Ok to start with and then on very slimey limestone pavement. The course on open. Feeling very tired and apathetic. Beautiful afternoon. Cloud inversion with only tiny summots and eerie trees peaking out. With malc. Bit phlegmy but getting better. Legs tired

Weekend in bed. Slow run trying to get legs and lungs working again. With Malc. Wiggled up to Tobt Tarn and then round the back and home. Felt ehausted with sore throat afterwards.
