tried to keep going but legs felt heavy and not very flexible. Will use this as a test run. Home turn left direct to Lords seat back along ridge via toby tarn and badger stile

felt very tired afterwards. Pain in arm and neck is making me very tense and I no longer feel full of energy. Sleeping well

putting controls out in Grizedale. Map mostly OK some strange bits

mountain bike intervals 1:00:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:27 / km) +450m 4:32 / km

hill reps rather than intervals, fast up tracks cruise down. very windy and icy time for some downhill dorest road skating. South loop at Whinlatter closed. Was going to do North Loop but M's back a bit painful so came home
