Saturday Jan 23

outdoor activity 6:00 [3] 1.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

climb at Frankenstein - Lost and Walk. Only two climbs, mostly helped students.

Friday Jan 22

running 2:24:14 [3] 15.0 mi (9:37 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11

run to Alewife and back. actual time was 2:29, but stopped by a many red lights; stopped at mobil station for twizzlers (felt weak at halfway point). slippery footing on esplanade. seemed like ok pace while running, but a lot of hang ups along the way. not a stellar run, but got in 15 before the weekend and that's always good.

Thursday Jan 21

running 44:19 [3] 4.76 mi (9:19 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11

easy run at work. heavy legs... same pace as last night, but certainly didn't feel like it. funny how much more mental effort was required to run the same pace.

Wednesday Jan 20

running 59:11 [3] 6.36 mi (9:18 / mi)
shoes: Nike Lunar Glides - yellow

run around town; Fanueil to Science to Mass Ave, around Common. Felt like a good pace once warmed up. Icy footing on Cambridge side of river. No motivation to get out the door, but as usual, once out felt good and time flew by. Total mood changer.

Tuesday Jan 19

running 1:18:22 [3] 8.1 mi (9:40 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 11

run down to River St bridge on rainy, slushy day. Sloppy run. Still sore from climbing this weekend, legs started to warm up around 3 miles into the run. Really slow pace. out in 4050, back in less.

Monday Jan 18

biking 30:00 [3]

15 min on bike, couple minutes on the treadmill, couple minutes in the pool. legs really sore from Mt Washington on Sunday.

Sunday Jan 17

outdoor activity 6:00:00 [3] 6.7 mi (53:44 / mi) +833m 38:46 / mi

Harvard cabin to Summit Cone (0.4m from Summit) and back to Pinkham
