supposed to be a recovery from last night's work, so didn't push the pace....but made me feel like a total slacker! knees a little tender from climbing but didn't work the cardiovascular system. HR at end of run was 110.... WEAK!
first workout with Community Running Group @ MIT track. 1.5 mi warm up outside. 4 x 1800m 1/3 10k pace, 1/3 half pace, 1/3 marathon pace. (7:34, 7:46, 8:20); 0.5 mi cooldown
