Second PRS paddle. contrary to popular belief I did not fall in much glute bursar not happy so I booked in for a jab next week.

run at the oval down at the river, nice views but the glute strain started acting up after 23 mins and I had to back off the pace, its fine as long as I don't want to go sub 5minks at the moment.

"Control Collecting" cunningly disguised as flogging around the single track with Robbie. Got lots of air and I am really enjoying my newfound jumping confidence.

I did a warmup half lap of Turner hill when we first got there, I felt really unco at the start then I looked down and realised I still was in the big ring and I had the suspension locked solid from last week. whoops

I then loaded up the backpack and went and hung a couple of controls on the singletrack and then the ones in the northeast corner. fun riding on this map.

Paddle down the Murray from Tony's bend to Nanga. fun paddle despite a really low water level. I fell out in the pool just above the waterspout when I was being clever.

cough pretty well settled in.

some analysis of the caffeinated results showed we were smashed by Woop Woop in transition, especially 4/5. And even not counting our CP26 error they were 30 mins faster on the paddle leg. sigh.
