Yep definitely recovered today. Just a shame we did such a short run in the summer running session. Might consider switching to fitness to get a better run, but only every over week. gymn isn't bad tho.

Ran to circuits. We were outisde on the field. Was on my second lap of exercise when i think i cramped a muscle in my upper leg groin area. gently stretched in and walked round the track a few times. not a good session :(
