Pumped some iron in the gym. went on the bikes the rowing machines and the multigym. my leg didn't hurt but i can't say i was thinking about it.

Stretched before going to bed. did leg forward lunge stretch. did leg on box reach for toes stretch. did standing version of sit and reach. did new it band stretch and also inchworm.

My leg is feeling slightly better today, but I don't want to run again yet. Having a rest today. Might have gone for a cycle ride, but it was so warm when I got home from school, that going for a cycle ride might not have been a good idea. Thermometer says it was 29 degrees celius. Hottest day of the year so far. I'm sure it's not normally this warm in June...

Shouldn't really have even started...
However the bit of the course I did, I really enjoyed. The controls were on well chosen features, although some of them were visible from a distance, which made them too easy. Got to the lake, then decided to walk back as I wasn't enjoying myself, and continuing would only make it worse.

Went to the university swimming pool to do a session of swimming before the triathlon, in a few weeks time. This year i'm doing all the triathlon. 750m swim 5km run and 20km cycle. Just have to see how it goes... (no training required for BBQ at the end)
