SROC event at Yarrow Valley Chorley

Had pulled or a tight bum muscle so had to run round slowly. there were a few problems with controls etc. and the map was not very consistant. lots of man holes were missing.

but it was a good event and i enjoyed my slower than normal trip around a course

A different type of interval today. there were not many people there as it was a bank holiday so quentin had planned something special.

The intervals towards the end of the session were really hard and I could feel my legs starting to hurt in the 400m at the end
