really just a case of resting up today as there are two races at the weekend. tomorrow is the middle distance. don't have a good record for middle races. i'll have to remember to slow down and to keep in contact with the map. and planning ahead is pretty important. racing against owens too.
streching session. did some strength work too. some pressups and the plank. arms now dead. then did some of the normal hamstring stretches
Cycled to the jubilee tower and back. There were lots of clouds and the jubilee tower was in the clouds. It was also raining there. But it was downhill home so quite a bit quicker
Good stretching session. Did nearly all my stretches. Need to be motivated enough to do all the stretches every night. And managed to go to bed at a decent hour - but I am going running before breakfast tomorrow
