Windmill Hill

Drew myself a control pick and Dad dropped me off. Was so nice to be back on this area as I love it and still find it technical even though I've been on it a zillion times. Need to get myself some maps of the areas around me but contour-only ones as that would be even better. Anyway was oing okay but felt so tired on the hills but going an easy pace as don't wana do anything to strenuous before the weekend.

Frith Hill

Ran from Windmill Hill to Frith and then orienteered my way home. Had a map which connected the two areas together which was handy and more interesting than just running back. Great to be on these two areas again while I'm home as they my homies :)

Middle Practice on Barr Wood where World Schools Middle was. Kim said I could go for 30 mins and did the whole course in this time. Nice to be oing again but felt so rusty, havent done it for a very long time!! As for my leg it felt ok except for in the marshes and jumping over things and landing on it etc

Kim said I can start running again and that I can do the Middle on Saturday (YAY) and that I just need to run through this injury. Appaz it's due to my hip flexor being tight and that its then travelling down to my quad area and causing pain so clams is the answer!

Went to pool with Haze and we did some lengths for around this time. Then we went in the Spa Bath, Sauna, Steam Room and did some water gymnastics!! Veryyy fun :D
