It was a very hard race, physically. I was soo shattered it was unreal and still ill. Didn't feel like running as wana get over this illness but Dad told me to so did.

It wasn't as good as the previous day but I guess I'm slowly getting there with the 1:15 map

Run to the start, watch very low on battery so only could use it for the actual race

RAN SOOOO WELL! Finally it came together man :D About time!

I was back in my comfort zone on a 1:10 map which is why I did so well. I came 35th. Made around a minute's worth of mistakes only so there was no way I could match the winner's time in 25 minutes :o :O

Found Johanna in the arena so we went for a warm down together. She was leading when she finished so discussed our races and stuff. Great to have a catch up with her, seems so long ago since I met her at World Schools

Ok now this race was better but still not great.
Lost 11.35 in this race. I could be doing well if I werent making these mistakes. Just cant seem to orienteer at the moment. Really struggling with the 1:15000 map scale. Just dont do enough practice in the UK on it

Well I didn't come last, but I came 123rd!! Still complete shite. Dunno whats happening with me. Just cant grasp it, making enormous mistakes everywhere.
