Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] 7.8 km (8:58 / km)

Orienteering at Macedon. Pored rain for the second half of this, not that it mattered as I was getting just as wet brushing through the undergrowth. Forest was way better to run in than I thought. Although running and uphill dont mix. Did ok with this but was very slow in places. The mapping of the vegetation bore no resemblance to what was actually there.

Bendigo event on Invis's new map. Found the green sections quite challenging and slow(except for the street running). Made for the need for smart planning and running around. The second half was much more like Bendigo bush orienteering and enjoyed it much more. Invis did say to wear leg and arm protection. He should have told us to wear gloves as well. My hands were very scratched.

With Judy on Kuuruc-A-ruc Crk. No march flies and it was most pleasant.
4 AM

Mountain Bike 31:00 [3] 8.2 km (3:47 / km)

After hanging tapes for Judy I spent the rest of the time in the forest riding around the tracks.

Sprint training at FU. Great fun and a good challenging course set by James Gray

Mountain Bike 1:34:00 [3] 18.5 km (5:05 / km)

Went with Judy to Stafordshire Reef. She did a course and I rode exploring tracks in the area.
