Set a course for Judy and Friend in Buninyong and spent time whilst hanging tapes, exploring the town and the map. Ran the whole way but achilles is sore now instead of my calf.

SIS at RMIT. Was doing well but started to tire badly at 11. Had not planned the next leg and struggled from then on to get it back together. Reasonably easy course with mostly left or right decisions. Even then not a lot in it. Calf and achilles survived but sore after.
