Cycling 34:00 [3] 13.5 km (2:31 / km)

Back on the road bike for the first time in 3 years. Still goes but not as fast as I remember. 5 laps of a 2.6k loop around the Enfield Farm Estate. Was slow and hard even though it was flat.

With Judy and Ted on Creswick diggings. Walked the whole way hanging tapes for Judy. Achilles sore.

Set a course for Judy and Friend in Buninyong and spent time whilst hanging tapes, exploring the town and the map. Ran the whole way but achilles is sore now instead of my calf.

Orienteering 23:00 [3] 3.5 km (6:34 / km)

SIS at RMIT. Was doing well but started to tire badly at 11. Had not planned the next leg and struggled from then on to get it back together. Reasonably easy course with mostly left or right decisions. Even then not a lot in it. Calf and achilles survived but sore after.

With Judy at Kruc-a-ruc North today. This is a fun area. Not steep and not much undergrowth. Very subtle contours but it is quite easy.
