Swam at FU. Did 3 x 500m with 2min rest. Then did a hard 200. Took 3:45. Bit hard to take given my pb is 2:50. What a fall from grace that is. Oh well it is right up there with y running for slowness.
Victoria Dam map with Judy and Ted. Havent been here for a while and enjoyed the change from around home. Hung tapes for Judy and then ran tracks for a couple of Km.
