On the MTB again around the tracks from Home. Nice flat riding mostly. Very cold and tracks had lots of big puddles. I think I get the distance weaving around them.

From home on the MTB around the bush tracks. Dreaded going as it was dampish and 7 deg. Actually had to stop and take off a layer. Surprised by how much I enjoyed this.

Orienteering about 3km from home at Enfield. Hung tapes for Judy and then did some more exploring. Not many bits of forest I havent been but still keep finding new things. Today I found a custom built jump for MTB.

Swimming 49:00 [3] 2.0 km (24:30 / km)

Swam at FU. Did 3 x 500m with 2min rest. Then did a hard 200. Took 3:45. Bit hard to take given my pb is 2:50. What a fall from grace that is. Oh well it is right up there with y running for slowness.
