Wind trainer set. Seemed a good idea but took an hour to set up the bike. No pedals on it. No wheels on it. Tyres flat. One didnt even have a tube in it. Gears not changing properly. Think it must be about 3 years since I was last on my road bike. Done now. Have a sore bum.
