Aerobics 20:00 [1]
shoes: Nike AZV
My knee is slowly getting better so I went to the gym to see if I could do something and ended up doing 15 min elliptical and 5 min on an "armbike".
Strength 35:00 [3]
Strength training at the gym. Did my ordinary abs and upper body exercises. I am suffering from a low in motivation; it seems as I can only run three times before it starts to hurt somewhere and I have to back to resting. I try to remind myself, though, that my running is much stronger than it has been for a long time during those few runs that I can do.

Thursday Jan 4

Swimming 20:00 [3]
Swimming at Newton North. My knee is slightly better today; I can almost walk (even though it still hurts) and I can get up and down stairs without dragging myself along the handrail. Swimming was not too bad, but I didn't want to push it.
Strength 10:00 [1]
Some easy exercises, mainly for abs and achilles.

Tuesday Jan 2

Note
(injured)
I twisted my right knee yesterday night when getting a book from the bookshelf and it has been rather bad today. It hurts if I walk normal speed and I am almost unable to walk down stairs. My guess is that it is a small tear where quadriceps attaches to patellae. There is always something...

Monday Jan 1

Running 57:00 [2] *
weight:163lbs shoes: Nike AZV
Trail run in Hale Reservation (by myself). Rainy and close to dusk so I had a hard time reading the map and ended up on the wrong trail a couple of times. Running felt OK; no problems with my achilles (I ran with my ankle taped).
