8 x 3 mins run and 1 min walk. easier than the other day as i have reduced my 'minute' to 45 left foot strikes. can't wait for watch!

2 min run + 30 sec walk. Quite tough cos i'm knackered today. Not slept well for a while - keep waking up real early? Lodge park not a long enough route so ran round Lodge and along beach, NB. nice, tomorrow is a rest. nice.

Today I bit the bullet and bought skin tight running leggings to keep me warm out there in the wilderness. I never thought I would be a leggings-person. I am humbled by lycra!
