Orange course at Joquin Miller park in Oakland Hights. Relatively easy navigationally, with some tricky route choices. Lost some 5 minutes on mistakes and suboptimal routes.

Warmup to the remote start. Very hard after yesterday's party... To much good wine.

Was very hard at the beginning, took it very easy - when check splits they were not bad at all. Would be decent race, but around 14 lost concentration, some how took #14, but route to the #15 was recipe for disaster, decided on aggressive route but miss control in the green mixed with forest and small re-entrants slope. Cost me some 10 minutes at least.

Evening run with FF folks. Almost all distance alone, skipped last loop - started to feel pain in joint after running on the asphalt.

Relatively good race, uphills still sucks... Didn't make many mistakes, more of some hesitations. Lost probably about 3-4 minutes.
Any way, shape is better than last weekend, very confident phisically and mentally.

Blue course at Almaden Quicksilver park. Nor physically nor navigationaly strong. Did mistakes I haven't done in many years, had big challenge to concentrate and match map with terrain. Total time lost is around 30 minutes.
