Lunch run at GYM. Body recovering after track intervals. Was way better, but hard at the and, mostly mentally than physically.

Intervals, R-pace. 8x400 at 1:20-1:30 pace. Did very easy, was almost surprised. 50k per week regime is paying out.

Boring after lunch run at GYM. Somehow completed. First 4km was very comfortable, but later was lucky to not abandom 25 laps..

Ran to Lake Chabot from home. 2km to get there, hilly route, around 10 km asphalt. Kness dont like it. Was hard to run - different motorics than on treadmill.
