Coyote Hills Orange course - like a sprint race. Open and hilly. Couple small mistakes. One bad route choise - but cut throught marsh - water was above ankle. Folded map and didnt see the last 14th control, so lost about 2 min on that.

Cold and strong wind, ran with long sleves and t-shirts. Blisters are better, achile and ankle pain gone, but dont want to do any faster workouts.
