Missed model event - instead of 5am, left home at 8am. and stuck in traffick jam in LA on 91 freeway - 16miles = 2+ hours .

Inspiration point at night. Very bright moon, no flash required . Started feeling pain in the front inner parts of legs - hate running on paved roads and trails. On the way back ran on the shoulder, risking to twist ankles.

T-pace 400, followed by 8x200 strides, at R-pace. More and faster will be to much. Keep it relaxed and easy, with full motions.

Lake Chabbot back and forward, almost all around skipping unpaved north trail - a lot of mud and uncrossable streams. Was hard by the end. Felt soreness in the upper leg joints. Finishing under moonlight, very impressive and nice view. Couple more weeks of such workouts and weight will return to normal.
