| Wasy relaxing run from Inspiration point. The only big problem is accute pain in the lower right leg whic started week ago. It did not bothered during races but returned immediatly after 1 mile on asfalt. | ||

| Supposed to be 1 mile T-T session, plus 8x200 and 2x1600@T pace, but felt tired after weekend, decided on easy and short intervals. Did 4x100, 400, 200, 100 at R pace. After first 400 was clear that mile's time would be around 5:45-50, not better, and no progress in comparision with summer. Actually, am tired and season only started. So dropped and did couple R intervals. Rain became stronger and walk home.
