Went to Kaiser to make z-rays of my metatarsal - swolen and painfull. Picture looked ok - probably strong sprain. Or overused during last track session. Doctor predicted 1 month for recovery.

Warmup/cooldown plus jogging between intervals.

P.S. Morning BP 150/100 - way to high for the start of the day.
R run intervals 11:19 [3] 3.26 km (3:28 / km)
Intervals, R pace, 8x408 fast with 400m meters jog till full recovery. Started lazy, after 5 rep. went more quicker and easier - 1:26, 1:25, 1:25, 1:24, 1:27, 1:24,1:23, 1:22.
Actual length was 408 m - ran on a second track - first was submerged after recent rain.

Late night run at Tilden (2100), head was exploding after hard day at work. Helped to recover. Also, running shape is getting better - last mile ran at 8:48 pace pretty comfortable.
