Wednesday Dec 13

Note
PO was good in Tilden - got light rush on calfs, but simple lorinden overnight helped completely. Don't have any itching so far thanks to triple wash with Technu.

Sunday Dec 10

Event: BAOC 2006 Club Championships Tilden Park

Orienteering race 1:40:08 [4] 6.9 km (14:31 / km) +540m 10:26 / km
weight:81kg shoes: Adidas Alborado II
BAOC championship, my second run in a month. Wasn't very bad but beginning close to disastrous - behind leaders 10 min after 8 controls. Second part was faster with more open land.
New map by Zherdev and Co. Tricky not a right word, but cruel reality. Extremely slippery after morning storm, muddy rocks, plus eucalyptus forest with poison oak under grow - po virtually everywhere. Lucky its winter, but in spring would be kinda hellish exercise.
Stretching 10:00 [3]
