Evening Danville run with Forward motion folks. 3+miles were ok, keep 7:30 mm pace, After dropped to 9mm and skipped to 6 miles instead of 8. To early for such efforts.

Intervals, R pace, 4x100, plus 4x200 with 2min walk in between. Quite fast - was afraid to overdo, so keep it short and comfortable. 100- around 17 sec, 200 - around 36-37 sec.

1+ hour skating in Golden skate towing girls. Legs sore now.
