Danville run alone - was late by 30min to mass start. Felt pretty good, but cold for the first 25min or so. If not stomack, would go for a full loop - looks like there is more than stated 8 miles, I think around 10. Skipped part takes ~20 min to complete.

Warmup/cooldown/jogging between intervals. Weather is
unusual - some wet snow and cold T showers....

4x60m pickups. Easy and relaxing.
Medium Pace Run 4:30 [3] 1.2 km (3:45 / km)
shoes: Asix GT-2110
Intervlas, 400/300/200/100/200 with 100m jog, close to I pace, though about T pace, but was faster.
