| T pace intervals, 3x1200, around 1:40 lap, with 200m slower jog in between. Felt good and easy - the only problem my right knee started to bother me. That is not nice.
Times: 5:00, 5:00, 5:00. Could make one more but was aware of my knee and back started to feel tired. To early for quality job. Anyway, that was first formal T pace training since November. | ||
