Event: San Francisco Night and Day Challenge

Helped Terry with SF Day&Night. Was quite cold, some 15C with gusty wind. Attendance was higher than last year, many AR folks, most of then went for duathlon.
Ankle still weak, but time to start running. Next week Houston, not a big opportunity for running - 35C plus high humidity with rain. Will take it easy.

Joined ankle twisters club... Ankle hurts, can't walk without pain, not speaking about running. Iced and taped, helped little bit.

Evening run with FM folks. Felt good until twisted ankle - didn't pay attention at all during run but after return started to sore. Pain increased by night. Iced and ibu. Not swollen yet but looks like will out of running for a week or so. Fortunately, next week is trip to Houston, not many chances to run.
The most stupid thing is that twisted it running on the flat and even paved trail...
