Hot, even in the evening, some 28C (day around 37C). 10k with FM folks was hard after non running week. Skipped to 6miles loop - everybody opted for 10miles.

all plans for running crashed when boss came at 5:30 and decided to go through open issues... took some 2hours. than milda asked to pickup her from work at 9:30. went to borders instead of track.

Strange, but acclimatization and change in time was terrible - didn't have any passion for any physical activity. Took it easy to avoid injuries.
