Lazy warmup to the lake and back from home. High BP results in big decline in performance - felt like after 20km run.

Iron horse trail in Danville, with FF folks. Ran with company chatting with Kristine and missed 4 miles mark - turned back almost at the 5 miles mark. Surprisingly easy. Pace on the way back was higher but bearable.

Shadowed girls on the "extra long white" - aka "extra short orange". Missed my start - didn't plan to be on white for a such long time. Also carried bikes into the hills and on the missing trails that supposed to be easy bike ride with taking some controls.
