With FM folks, in Danville. Would be good, but stomach didn't like last 6km. have to slowdown.

T pace intervals, 2x1km, 3:50, 4:10, with 1:30 jog in between. Back is weak, started to feel at the end of the first interval, can't hold even flat run on the track, no speaking about terrain run. Time to get back to the gym and horizontal bars.
