Short ran from gym to at&t park and back. Rainy and windy. Legs dead after yesterday's basketball game.

Upper body and hamstrings.
Left knee doesn't feel good, some unpleasant soreness. Right ankle quite stable, doesn't bother much.

Aka yoga.

Wasn't in mood for running, so went for basketball. Played in gym with random folks. Quite intensive, anyway, legs are better than last week, no cramps.

Outside was crepe weather, gusty wind with heave rain. Saw several some 5 or so incidents on the 10km stretch.

2x10min in very very wet room.

Thursday Jan 3

Inline Skates 1:25:00 [3]
In the "Golden Skate" with girls, for some 1:30 quite intensive ride. At least some similarity to skiing.

Evening run with FM folks in Danville. Was late, almost all the way ran alone, passed couple slow runners. Felt out of shape, legs didn't move at all.

Upper body and abdominals. Pain after last week efforts gone, muscles were fresh for big work.
