Houston: Mixed run, 2x1km to and from gym, 25 min on treadmill.

Upper body, plus some stretching. GYM was almost empty, except for several XXXL sized folks.

Warm sauna - due to late night only one warmer was left.

Steam room, 2x10min. Steam room stinks.

Event: Tilden Park

Tilden park. Brutal physically race, not to be ran in current shape. Real distance was some 3km longer. Ran out of gas completely after #10, managed only to walk after that.
