| Easy strat, but after 5 min or so started to feel better and the rest of the run was at steady normal pace, as it supposed to be. Switched to the other brand of BP medicine, which not fitted very well, making me dizzy. We'll see, may be not so bad and they will workout. On the other hand I have one which works well, the only problem to buy it in US. |

| Hill intervals workout wit Yousry's folks. Was late and spent some time searching for the party. Good warmup, since the park is quite big and directions were not very precise. Finally, found them on the huge open meadow. |

| Intervals, 2x(2x350), one uphill, one downhill, some 1:20min up and around 1 min down. Second set was very hard; equivalent to normal race speed, but at low pace. Should do it more often. |

| Finally, managed to get to track. Lazy warm-up, all what I managed to do. Coldish weather, all folks are getting ready for Saturday Big Sur marathon. |
