10k with FMS folks - felt very easy; returning was harder, all the way slightly uphill, but even faster than forward. 5K/5k 25:00/25:15min.

Warmup at Las Lomas HS track. New venue, not so good as Clayton HS, but almost 25 min closer to drive, just off freeway in Walnut Creek.

Strides, 4x100m, relaxing.

Intervals, 8x400. Wasn't very hard, but last repeats were very tough. 1:30 rest in between. Didn't completely run 200m - left calf started to hurt on the exit from the turn, just took it easy till the finish line, last 90 meters or so.
