Burton Creek, Day 1, "Middle" distance. Poor performance, many navigational mistakes, especially in the low visibiltiy slushy forest. Some 25 min lost overal.

Orienteering race 1:00:00 [3]

Treasure hunting with GPS. Aka Score-O but points are in the GPS unit, no map. Just tags on the objects. GPS software sucks, didn't show closest points properly.
What was interesting, people do business on this, charging $15 per participant. Not big money, but price/efforts ratio way better than in orienteering.

Medium Pace Run intervals 11:39 [4]3.1 km (3:45 / km) +10m 3:42 / km

Relay, 3 persons team, running 2x1 mile intervals in the park, more like XC. Amazed myself by making both under 6 min, 5:47, 5:52. Distance actually, was liltle shorter than mile, but still damn good result.

Team time:

5th 34:15
Dijana
James
Andrew Masalkov

1st team made it in 31:04

Easy run warm up/down 5:00 [3]0.8 km (6:15 / km)
