Intervals, 8x400 at close to R pace. Looks like not recovered after weekend races, big variation in time,from 1:17 to 1:29.

19c shoes: Inov 330
Tahoe 3 days, Burton Creek, Day 3. Classic distance. Performance was way better, especially after #4. Still did some 15 min mistakes. Overally, course was good, but some controls were misplaced and some were on the features map does not support: fallen tree in the field of hundreds fallen trees, vegetation boundaries, where boundaries are not readable, and etc. Some trails were missed on the field.

In any case was better than Day 1.
