GG Kid in Shell Ridge. Official stats 6.6km + 485 climb.
Calf was painful on uneven ground, so took it easy. By the end ran out of steam... Overlook probably the best route to 1st control via reentrant, instead contoured on steep hillside. Other than that was quite good, with couple not so perfectly nailed control and several sub-optimal route choices.

Another treadmill easy run to get back in shape. Calf feels painful but getting better and requires extra attention while running.
Golden Goat doesn't look very possible...
