Slept through my morning alarm and didn't run in the morning. Disappointing. I need some more sleep. Did afternoon practice. 2 miles w/ 10 bleachers inbetween each mile. Then ran 3 more miles. Didn't really feel my foot.

Just ran around the block. Another nice "Morning Run". Still cold, at least by my definitions.

Did 3 miles around the track/w 5 bleachers in between each mile. Then did 3 more miles at an easy pace and then did a fast last mile. Fun. First afternoon practice of the year.

Went to the High School track at about 6 in the morning. A nice Morning run. Cold though. The beginning of my training for the Death March Marathon at White Sands Missile base in New Mexico.
