As my ankle still hurt, i decided to skip my long run for a bike ride around the Attersee. Didn't push to hard with my mountain bike, was a nice loop. Only weather was not so nice, windy and cold...

Whole crap! Got lost in the woods, which was the funny part of today! Felt tired and something at my right ankle hurt from k 8 on. Don't know, should be last hard week but i feel like needing a break. Let's see how it will be tomorrow

Easy run today without any plans or speed sessions. legs get a resting day on Friday. Then the final preparation starts!

same interval practice as last week, only with two more reps. After yesterdays really good run my legs felt tired. It was hard to push, but I thought it's a good practice anyway, in the second half of the race the k's won't come easy anyway. Afterwards I felt quite satisfied with the 8x900m.

fistball 1:10:00 [3]

with some massage on the blackroll i tried to get myself ready and fit for fistball practice. Worked out better then expected, practice was nice. But as it's still after season right now you recognize it's a bit more relaxed then usual. In two weeks time field season and new motivation should start....

Had to work long yesterday and celebrated katis birthday in the evening, so there was definitely no chance to practice. First it mady me a bit disappointed to miss that practice, but nevertheless i made the best out of it and ran with fresh legs today ;-) after 3 k wup i had 8 really nice and fast k and after 2k easy another last fast one, then cod. Looks good for the half in Linz, 2 more weeks to practice, last affort!
