Note

We can call this a rest day. Drove to Geldarton for a concert. 5 hour drive. Was supposed to stop and go for a big ocean swim on the way up but the boys were running late so got a rest day instead. Should have woken up early and done it then rather than waiting :( But wanted to swim at Cervantes. Oh well. Next time.

Out in the ocean. KILLED ME! arms were so dead and Josh took me out in the ocean. was hard. Had an adjustment of the foot strap length too so i was keeps more unstable. was pretty tricky actually and despite the lack of swell. feel out many times. Got bruises from getting back in in the ocean.
