Grand prix race at pakuranga, folt really strong for the first two laps and thought I was pacing myself nicely but then all of a sudden I just died in the third lap and didnt have any energy. I think my split for the first half was around 14 minutes so that was a pretty shocking second half
15*30 sec hill reps with downhill recoveries and 30 min warm up/down. Man it was bloody freezing!! I did the sprints up roberta ave and I was making the same ground on the first ones as the last ones, though afterwards I was completely knackered.

15 warm up, 6*1 min hill reps with 3 min jogs, 8*30 sec hill reps with 2 min jogs, 15 warm down. Man it was a tough session having not done high intensity stuff in a while, I did it in the domain which was so good cos I could run up almost all the hills in under a minute... good session all up tho
