4*200m in 37secs with 1min jogs, 3*800m in 2:45 with 2min jogs, 4*1km in 3:53 with 3min jogs. Did them down on gloverpark on a 200m section of grass i measured out on goole earth. Bad idea to have only 200m, even though I managed to get the driest patch of glover park after running the same section 36 times it got rather muddy which slowed me down a bit. the 800s were the hardest
