Running race 19:48 [5] 5.0 km (3:58 / km)

Grand Prix #3 at Sir Barry Curtis Park. Absolute mudbath... Did really well tho and actually stuck with the pack this time, even finished in the top third of my race =D (there were some 15yos in it tho...) I think I was more used to the crappy conditions than everyone else. physically I felt really good even having had a couple hours sleep and a chem exam that morning

Ride into uni for chem, went really slow for the race in the avo but it was a shorter ride today

Running 54:07 [4]

4*1600m on 6:15, 3 min jogs, did them down at crossfield with a route i measured on google, wee bit slippery for the first 100m of each one but the rest of the grass was good. Until a couple of seagulls started attacking me halfway through the last one XD was doing them under 6 mins fairly comfortably except for the last (vis a vis the seagulls)

fartlek with 6*30 sec and 3*1 min efforts. Interesting run, I always seem to find fartlek really draining tho and im not sure why. ran every single track in dingle dell which was cool.

Running intervals 1:09:41 [5]

4*200m in 37secs with 1min jogs, 3*800m in 2:45 with 2min jogs, 4*1km in 3:53 with 3min jogs. Did them down on gloverpark on a 200m section of grass i measured out on goole earth. Bad idea to have only 200m, even though I managed to get the driest patch of glover park after running the same section 36 times it got rather muddy which slowed me down a bit. the 800s were the hardest

Easy run for 45 mins plus 6 strides. felt fine
